What do you accept by using this site?

What is the nature of the content?
Rankings, mesh fit scores and assessments are editorial opinions based on public vendor information, as described in How we score. They are not legal, financial, procurement or technical advice. Vendor products, prices and terms change, and we do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete or current. Check vendors' own pages before making decisions.
Does the site use referral links?
Yes. Some outbound links to vendors, including links to BAND, are referral links with tracking parameters. They do not change the price you pay.
Who owns the content?
Text, scores, diagrams and design on this site belong to Distributed AI Agents unless stated otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link, and print the report and RFP checklist for internal evaluation. Other reproduction requires permission. Vendor names and trademarks belong to their owners.
What use is not allowed?
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or republish its content as your own.
What about third-party sites?
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, policies or availability.
